The excavator should be supplied with power via a connection cable during operation. In order to move the excavator for maintenance purposes, the excavator must have either a diesel auxiliary power unit or a battery. The battery can either supply the main engine or an auxiliary engine that has enough power to ensure the hydraulics of the device for moving and slow operation of the excavator for maintenance purposes.
