Description:
The order concerns joint procurement for the gas requirements of commercial and residential properties owned by Wohnbau Mainz GmbH, a municipal housing company.
What is required is a gas delivery including processing of network usage, meter reading, billing (full supply contract / all inclusive contract) for all current acceptance points of Wohnbau GmbH and those that will be added during the reference year. Derived from the conditions in 2024, the volume is 33.8 GWh/a, distributed across 271 collection points (see appendix 1 and 2).
•264 SLP collection points with a consumption of approx. 27.1 GWh per year. The average consumption of SLP positions is therefore
at 0.102 GWh/position/year.
•In addition, 7 RLM points consume approx. 6.7 GWh/year. The RLM positions decrease on average 0.96 GWh/position/year.
All collection points are located at the Mainz location / in the municipal utility network area Mainz. The gas purchased is used to supply heat.
Additions and withdrawals of a few percent per delivery year are possible. The arrivals will predominate.
Start of delivery: January 1st, 2026
End of delivery: December 31, 2027 (2x option for extension of 1 year)
