The Hessian Center for Data Processing plans to conclude a framework contract for the installation and operation of multifunctional devices in order to complete the needs of the state of HesseBundle and standardize. With this framework contract, the state of Hesse's needs can access certain quantities of devices, software solutions, accessories and services with individual contracts. Since the individual requirements of the needs points differ significantly (e.g.Security in the judiciary / police authorities), the requested services in a basic basic equipment ("base") and various sub -areas ("packages") are presented and queried. In addition to the basic equipment, these packages can be ordered by the respective needs points.The requirements for the packages (devices, software solutions and services such as service and maintenance, etc.) can be found in the service description and the system catalog.Connection with a full service agreement provided.
The objective is the implementation of an economic, uniform and high -quality managed print service taking into account current technologies.
