- The client for the project and the project processing is the AZV Wipper-Schlenze (06333 Hettstedt, Sanderslebener Str. 40). The AZV intends to build up a future-oriented ERP solution for a qualitative and quantitative improvement in its business processes is rehearsed and is effectively complemented with the DMS present in the AZV. The system must operate the requirements that result from the AZV's statutes. The services to be awarded concern all services to be provided for a successful introduction of the ERP: - That are in particular the development of process runs/workflows in handling with the software, fine design, system delivery and equipment, the preparation and implementation of migration with subsequent quality control as well as SYS -Tem support including training and user support after commissioning. - All training courses and support services within the system introduction are also part of the scope of services. - In terms of data, data adjustment, which can take place automatically and, due to the migration, was not sensible before migration. If possible, the project should begin in the 3rd quarter of 2026 and take place in two focal points: 1. The system change of financial accounting on the ERP system takes place on 01.01.2027. The use would be desirable from December 2026 to explore and fix possible sources of error can. This is preceded by in-stalling, fine specification, implementation, test phase and first training. An under-year system change is excluded. 2. The consumption as well as all further billing including the offsetting payments will take place from 2027 via the ERP system.
