Description:
The wheel tire measuring point (EVA) currently in use is around 20 years old and is to be replaced by a new, modern system. The plan is to install it in the exit track, which means that the measuring system must work reliably in morning operations at high vehicle frequencies. It is important to ensure that that all passing vehicles are detected precisely and measured correctly. The rail network consists of grooved rails with a track width of 1000 mm. An interface for data exchange with the new underfloor lathe must be created so that there is a consistent digital measurement data flow is guaranteed.
Procurement of new wheel tire measuring point
The following services must be offered for the offer: a) Wheel tire measuring point: Delivery of a complete measuring device in accordance with the technical requirements (see technical specifications, point 2) b) Dismantling of the existing measuring device (Talgo wheel set diagnostic system model 2000) c) Disposal of the existing measuring device (Talgo wheel set diagnostic system model 2000) b) Delivery of the new machine including all necessary connection materials c) Installation and commissioning of the machine including all necessary Devices and aids d) Training for 10 employees in the operation, evaluation and maintenance of the machine (see technical specifications, point 1.5) e) Service contract for measuring equipment: Offer of a service contract for maintenance, support and troubleshooting of the measuring system (see technical information Lastenh...
