Procurement of an overall system (appliance) for electronic residence monitoring (hardware, software, surveillance devices) - framework agreement
The subject of procurement is the conclusion of a framework contract for an overall solution for electronic residence monitoring as an application solution. This includes the provision of an overall system with the required hardware and software with licenses, as well as the complete equipment of the surveillance devices including the required accessories. The overall system is served by the contractor in consultation with the client and each brought to the latest technical level of development. Support with different levels (1st, 2nd and 3rd level) for the overall system must be provided by the contractor according to specified SLAS.
