Description:
Procurement of passenger transport services in regular service with motor vehicles in the Goeppingen district; Line bundle 5
The district of Goeppingen, as the responsible authority and responsible authority in accordance with Section 6 Paragraph 1, 3 OePNVG-BW in conjunction with Section 8a PBefG and Article 2 lit. c) Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007, intends to establish a publicchen service contract (OeDLA) for public passenger transport services with motor vehicles in accordance with Section 2 Paragraph 1 PBefG. The award is made through the open procedure.
The subject of the intended OeDLA is the public transport services on lines 931, 931A, 932, 932A, 934, 934A and 935.
The transport services included at the start of operations (see Section II.2.7) are described in the Supplementary Document (see Section VI.3) D). In total, according to the current planning status, the transport services to be awarded amount to 864,489 useful kilometers per year.
The OeDLA berefers to local public transport services (OePNV) within the meaning of Section 8 PBefG (regular services in accordance with Section 42 PBefG).
The OeDLA will contain regulations according to which the transport offer can be adapted to changing transport needs or financial conditions within the framework specified in the OeDLAings and can be adapted to the local transport plans in the currently valid version as well as to other changed circumstances.
