Description:
The district of Ludwigsburg, as the responsible authority and responsible authority, intends to issue a public service contract (OeDLA) for public services in accordance with Section 6 Paragraph 1, 3 OePNVG-BW in conjunction with Section 8a PBefG and Article 2 lit Passenger transport services with motor vehicles in accordance with Section 2 Paragraph 1 PBefGto award. The award is made through the open, Europe-wide competitive tendering process. The subject of the intended OeDLA is the public passenger transport services in the so-called line bundle 10 "Strohgaeu Nord". The line bundle 10 includes at least the following servicesThe bus routes:
Line 502, Line 595.
The transport services covered by the OeDLA are described in the Supplementary Document (see Section VI.3) D). In total, according to the current planning status, the transport services to be awarded will amount to around 653,000 kilometers per year from 2026.
The OeDLArefers to local public transport services (OePNV) within the meaning of Section 8 PBefG (regular services in accordance with Section 42 PBefG).
The OeDLA will contain regulations according to which the transport offer can be adapted to changing transport needs or financial framework within the framework specified in the OeDLAconditions and the local transport plans in the currently valid version as well as other changed circumstances.
