Description:
Procurement of passenger transport services in regular service with motor vehicles in the Ludwigsburg district; Line bundle LB04: Ditzingen traffic area.
The Ludwigsburg district intends to act as the responsible authority and responsible authority in accordance with Section 6 Paragraph 1, 3 OePNVG-BW in conjunction with Section 8a PBefG and Art. 2 lit. c) VO (EG) No. 1370/2007 to award a public service contract (OeDLA) for public passenger transport services with motor vehicles in accordance with Section 2 Paragraph 1 PBefG. The award is made through the open, Europe-wide competitive tendering process. The subject of the intended OeDLA is dThe public transport services in the so-called LB04 "Ditzingen" line bundle. The line bundle LB04 includes at least the services of the following bus lines:
620, 620A, 623, 623A, 624, 625, 626 and N65.
The transport services covered by the OeDLA are in the supplementary document (see Section VI.3)D) described. In total, according to the current planning status, the transport services to be awarded will amount to around 428,465 useful kilometers per year from 2026.
The OeDLA refers to local public transport (OePNV) transport services within the meaning of Section 8 PBefG (regular transport in accordance with Section 42 PBefG).
The OeDLA will contain regulations according to which the transport offer can be adapted to changing transport needs or financial conditions and to the local transport plans in the currently applicable version as well as to other changed circumstances within the framework specified in the OeDLA...
