Description:
Procurement of passenger transport services in regular service with motor vehicles in the Ludwigsburg district; Line bundle LB03 "Gerlingen"
The Ludwigsburg district intends to act as the responsible authority and responsible authority in accordance with Section 6 Paragraph 1, 3 OePNVG-BW in conjunction with Section 8a PBefG and Article 2 lit. c) VO 1370/2007n to award a public service contract (OeDLA) for public passenger transport services with motor vehicles in accordance with Section 2 Paragraph 1 PBefG. The award is made by direct award in accordance with Article 5 (4) subparagraph. 2 VO 1370/2007. The subject of the intended OeDLA is the public sectortransport services in the so-called line bundle LB03 "Gerlingen".
It is a passenger transport in regular services on the lines:
635: Leonberg Gerlingen
638: Ditzingen Gerlingen Leonberg Golfplatz
In total, the transport services to be awarded amount to the current planning statusto approx. 335,000 useful kilometers per year with effect from January 1st, 2026 (start of operations).
The OeDLA refers to local public transport (OePNV) transport services within the meaning of Section 8 PBefG (regular services in accordance with Section 42 PBefG), the award of which is a total service is intended.
The OeDLA becomes Rregulations, according to which the transport offer can be adapted to changing transport needs or financial conditions and to the local transport plans in the currently applicable version as well as to other changed circumstances within the framework specified in the OeDLA.
