Procurement of passenger transport services in regular service with motor vehicles in the Rems-Murr district; Line bundle RMK 4.1 "Middle Remstal traffic area"
The Rems-Murr district intends to place a public service contract (OeDLA) on the transport performance of the line bundle 4.1 "MiddleRemstal" to be put out to tender throughout Europe in an open procedure with effect from January 1st, 2026 (start of operations).
It is a regular passenger transport on the lines:
217: Buoch - Grunbach -Geradstetten - Rohrbronn
217A: Grunbach - Geradstetten - Hebsack - Schorndorf (school transport)
InIn total, according to the current planning status, the transport services to be awarded amount to around 112,701 useful kilometers per year. Articulated trains are sometimes used on the lines. These are regular services in accordance with Section 42 of the Passenger Transport Act, which are awarded as a total serviceis intended.
The OeDLA will contain regulations according to which the transport offer is adapted to changing transport needs or financial conditions and to the local transport plans in the currently applicable version as well as to other changed circumstances within the framework specified in the OeDLAst can be.
