The state of Hesse, represented by the Hessian Ministry of Finance (in the following: "client"), has in the course Administrative digitization for all Hessian state administration an electronic payment process (electronic payment, in short: "e-payment") nationwide in the state reference model accounting (LRM) as standard. The e-payment process can pay payment processes Quick, efficient, online and processed in real time. There is the possibility of paying the fixed processing fee directly after completing and sending a web-based application form or when visiting an online shop and thus to initiate immediate application processing process at the agencies.
