- A combined phase control/light field and fluorescence microscope is to be purchased. This is intended to visualize cuts of tissue samples and organoids as well as cells on object carriers. It is important that the microscope creates high -resolution total recordings of the tissue,As these are required for the joint evaluation with analyzes from the imaging mass spectrometry. The device should have an integrated dark chamber so that it is in a laboratory together with other laboratory devices without comprehensive darkening of the roomcan be used. A compact design is also necessary (benchtop device).
