The University of Heidelberg says the maintenance cleaning of its buildings. The services are divided into five lots: - Lot 1: 25.022 m2 total area - lot 2: 26.309 m2 total area - lot 3: 56,173 m2 total area - lot 4: 57.709 m2 Total area - lot 5: 61.224 m2 Total area Services include cleaning a variety of different building types. This includes historical and listed buildings that have to be treated with the highest care and using suitable, material -friendly methods. The tender also includes laboratory and Research areas (including genetic engineering laboratories of security stages S1 and S2 as well as radiation protection areas) in which strict hygienic and safety -relevant requirements must be observed. In addition, there are large overall areas with a high frequency of use that continuously, require planned and qualitatively constant cleaning. With the tender, reliable and powerful service providers are therefore sought that are able to meet these complex requirements and the high standards of the Heidelberg University in relation to hygiene, value maintenance, To ensure quality and trusting cooperation sustainably.
