• Description:
• The Ministry of Interior, for digitization and municipalities Baden-Wuerttemberg (hereinafter: "client"), intends to do a suitable service provider in the air rescue in accordance with Section 4 (2) of the Rescue Service Act (RDG) by carrying out the air rescue by means of a service concessionto commission.
  The in question concerns the implementation of the air rescue with the RTH Christoph 53 at the Cityairport Mannheim location.
  A negotiation procedure with participation competition in accordance with §§ 153, 154 GWB i. V. m. § 12 KonzVGV and based on Section 14 (3) and § 17 VGVcarried out.

  The client intends to implement the air rescue at the Mannheim site for the period 01.11.2026 to 31.10.2041 (15 years).
  The implementation of the air rescueis to be carried out as the task of emergency rescue. The service to be awarded comprises
  • The provision of a suitable rescue helicopter and the necessary medical-technical equipment for the operation of RTH Christoph 53 at the Cityairport Mannheim location Monday to Friday from 7.00O'clock to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (regardless of sunrise and sunset);
