The subject of this preliminary information according to Art. 7 Para. (2) VO (EC) 1370/2007 is the announcement of the allocation of traffic services in the SPNV in the area of responsibility of the SPNV tasks Zweckverband GO.Rheinland, Zweckverband Schienenpersahnah traffic Rheinland-Palatinate North (SPNV-Nord) and Transport Association Rhein-Ruhr Aoer (VRR) on the basis of a gross traffic contract for the 'Rhein-Erft-Bahn' (RB 27) from the international timetable change in December 2028. The transport contract has one Cenual period of 6 years, Vsl. Starting on December 10, 2028 and VSL. In addition, the SPNV tasks have the right to exercise two one-year extension options each. The transport contract thus ends at the latest at the latest international timetable change in December 2036, VSL. AM 13.12.2036. The 'Rhein-Erft-Bahn' (RB 27) runs on Linienweg Moenchengladbach-Rommerskirchen-Cologne Hbf-Troisdorf-Bonn-Wasel-Linz (Rhine)-Neuwied-Koblenz Hbf. The performance volume is approx. 2.5 million ZKM / year. Electrical new and/or used vehicles are to be used.
