• Description:
• The Ostallgäu job center operates a rented administration building with two floors at its Marktoberdorf location and employs around 50 people. There is regular public traffic during opening hours, which ensures orderly access organization, requires structured customer management and a preventative presence to maintain security and order. For this purpose, the Ostallgäu job center needs a service provider who can provide security services professionally and economically in particular, monitors access, controls customer traffic in the entrance and waiting areas and carries out regular tours of the building. The Ostallgäu job center therefore intends to provide security services such as access monitoring, control of the Customers and regular tours, as a separate security service for the Marktoberdorf location. The aim of the tender is to conclude a service contract with a security service provider who provides security services reliably provided and documented in a comprehensible manner. The staff and their representatives must be qualified in accordance with Section 34a GewO and have a current certificate of good conduct and sufficient communication skills with at least language level B1.
