Description:
To further optimize traffic surveillance, the district of Emsland plans to procure a semi-in-stationary enforcement trailer (measurement trailer). The measuring system must enable monitoring of temporal and differentiated speed restrictions.

Only laser scanner speed measuring devices that have an approval for official traffic monitoring in Germany and their image acquisition and processed digitally. The corresponding PTB approval in complete version (no shortened version) and the associated instructions for use of the offered measuring device must be attached to the offer. There are only brand new systems to be offered, which are the currently valid requirements of the PTB (the latest state). Offers of usage systems are not permitted. In addition, the measurement system and the associated components must generally be used variable in the interest of optimal utilization in mobile (vehicle and tripod operation), so that the technology modularly can be exchanged with each other.
