The previous specialist procedure for the determination procedure according to the severely disabled law SGB IX Deviss (Alt-System) is to be replaced by a new specialist procedure by 01.01.2026.
The specialist procedure to be procured serves to process all administrative processes in connection with theFinding procedures according to the SGB IX and will be deployed throughout the supply administration in Baden-Wuerttemberg (35 pension offices at the districts, the state supply office at the Stuttgart Regional Council) and completely replace the previous procedure.
