General:
The Citrix, Microsoft server, Linux server and the Kemp Loadbalancer are used as a VDI solution in the state of Saxony-Anhalt. As support in time-critical problems, maintaining the service and the transfer of knowledge in the upcoming migration to a hosting service provider, we need support in the environment listed above.
System landscape:
- 1 blade center with VMware as hypervisor connected to an all-flash san
- About.130 Windows Server
O 70 PVS
o 20 Mcs
o 35 Citrix infrastructure systems
o Other (AD, DHCP, Exchange, WSUS, File Server etc.)
- approx. 50 Linux server
- 1 Kemp Load balancer (for 2 Exchange Server)
To maintain the service company and to maintain the BSI certification of the
Saxony-Anhalt paying agent is absolutely necessary and essential for continuous support by the service provider.
