Support services for the provision of operating servicesFor SAP basis (ANUe)
The services must be provided by providing personnel as part of a temporary employment agency.
The tasks to be carried out are described below.The SAP basic administration, customizing and the service Desk: The area of responsibility in this regard includes the following tasks:
- SAP Service Desk (1st Level, 2nd Level)
- Implementation Monitoring Manual and Via Tool
- SAP Incident processing (1st, 2nd, 3rd level up to the supplier)
-Service Requests
- Problem processing
- Operation of SAP systems and non-SAP systems (Linux, Windows)
- operation of databases (Oracle, MS SQL, HANA)
- Elevation of Enhancement Packages (EHPS), Support Packages and Patches
- Setup and operation of interfaces
- Implementation of system copies(ABAP, JAVA)
- Establishment and operation Central/decentralized pressure in/from SAP
- Documentation of technical activities in a corresponding ITSM tool
- Protocolization of activities, as far as required (e.g. for compliance requirements)
