Description: The Federal Ministry for Labor and Social Affairs intends to procure a system (hardware and software) for the AI-based search. Using artificial intelligence (AI) methods, the search for information should be improved and made more efficient.
The system must be an on-premise solution that is to be operated at the Bonn and Berlin locations. The use of cloud-based solutions or software as a service (SaaS) is not intended.
The introduction of the system is divided into a pilot phase (1 year) and a subsequent operating phase (3 years). The operational phase is optional and depends on the results of the pilot phase.
