Description:
The subject of the tender is the production and delivery of a special vehicle to be used as a mobile library, as described in the enclosed service description. The scope of services extends to a flexible meeting and event location in the Stormarn mobile library as a tractor-trailer (tractor + semi-trailer).

Open library facilities
The "OpenLibrary" system is used to open the meeting and event location in the Stormarn mobile library even in times without staff (extended opening hours in the morning/evening or all day long Opening on previous closing days. The system should be as compact and therefore energy efficient as possible.
The winner of Lot 2 will make the necessary preparations in consultation with the client and the winner of Lot 3. This includes, among other things, the laying of network and Power lines, the appropriate preparation of lighting and door controls.
