The subject of the services to be awarded are control, monitoring and management services from a single source for the areas of project control- BIM management and total entrepreneur / total acceptance controlling to process the new building of the Center for Hybrid Electric Systems Cottbus- Chesco, im As part of a total entrepreneur or total acceptance (TUe or TU allocation).

The project includes the turnkey planning and construction of the research center in the form of three functional units (Test Center-TC, approx. 7.062.00 m2 Nuf 1-6; Fast-Make Electrification Research Center-F-Mercent, approx. 7,263.00 m2 NUF 1-6; Research Center-RC, approx. 3,354.00 m2 NUF 1-6) as well as the associated infrastructure measures (IA) on the area of the technology and Innovation Park (TIP), the Former Cottbus Airport, which offers space for an approximately 52 hectare building. The procurement authority comes from a calculated investment volume as follows: KG 200: Net EUR 4,182,910.71; KG 300: Net EUR 52,532,877,14; KG 400: Net EUR 34,924,049.29; Kg 500: net EUR 7.805,032.86; KG 600: Net EUR 67,945,234.06; KG 700: Net EUR 22,076,602.61.
