Description:
The client intends to award project control services for the construction of the new education and innovation campus (BIC) in 45879 Gelsenkirchen. With the BIC, the city of Gelsenkirchen pursues the goal of establishing a forward -looking educational location in which vocational training, economic education Development and social change are intelligently linked. The central components of the BIC are the central bath (1st construction phase) and the vocational college for technology and design (2nd construction phase). The subject of the procedure is the allocation of project control services based on §§ 2, 3 AHO Issue No. 9, as of May 2025 for the construction of the educational and innovation campus in Gelsenkirchen as part of both construction phases. The services according to the AHO are expected to concern project levels 1 - 5 in the following areas of action: - Organization, information, coordination and documentation; - qualities and quantities; - costs and financing; - Dates, capacities and logistics; - Contracts and insurance companies. It is intended to be graded and, if necessary, in sections. There is no entitlement to continuing. The client is at any time proper right of termination.
