The subject of the order is project control services for the projects, which were briefly described and explained in the service description, for the renovation, renovation and expansion of the main location of the Jakobus School in Ennigerloh. The commission is based on the performance profileProject control, as described in Kapi-Zel 2 § 2 of the book "Project management services in the construction and real estate industry" (AHO series No. 9; 5. edition March 2020). The order includes all areas of actionof the mentioned performance profile. The procurement includes all 5 project levels in accordance with the AHO script mentioned, whereby only project level 1 and project level 2 are commissioned until the preliminary planning is completed.
