• Description:
• The Deutsche Oper Berlin building complex in Berlin-Charlottenburg is increasingly showing safety and operational deficiencies during ongoing operations, which can only be eliminated through comprehensive renovation work. Some of them are over 60 years old The building services systems in operation are neither economical to operate nor are they operationally safe. The necessary basic renovation was carried out in 2016 in coordination with the recipient (Senate Department for Culture and... Social cohesion), the user (Deutsche Oper Berlin) and the construction department (Senate Department for Urban Development, Building and Housing) drew up a master plan that covers the various renovation needs of the numerous individual parts of the building and small-scale usage units for the following 20 years and divided into three priority levels (priority 1-3). The needs program drawn up in 2018 includes all individual measures from priority 1 (title 70184), which in turn includes three Renovation complexes A, B and C were assigned. The project goals are derived from the approved requirements program from 2018. Separate construction planning documents (BPU) are prepared for each renovation complex (SK).
