Description:
The Howoge Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH is one of the six municipal apartments of the state of Berlin. As part of the Berlin school building offensive, the Howoge takes over the new building and the large renovations of schools for the state of Berlin. In this role, the Howoge intends the New construction of a community school with a double sports hall (6 indoor parts) as well as uncovered school open space and sports facilities. Project control services are required for project implementation. These are the subject of this award procedure.

The services to be awarded concern the project control of the new construction, starting with the preparation and accompaniment of the award procedure for the planning -integrated construction work, which is to be provided by a general service, about the planning and implementation of the construction project up to its turnkey handover to the needs carrier.
The assignment takes place in project levels as follows: 1. Project preparation, 2. Planning/implementation partnering procedure, 3. Execution preparation, 4. execution, 5. project completion.
The commissioning of the individual Power levels or parts of it is optional for the AG, whereby partial services can also be called up. A project letter letter that is included in the application documents can be found in more details on the scope of services and the project.
