Description:
The Howoge Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH is one of the six municipal housing companies in the state of Berlin. As part of the Berlin school building offensive, the Howoge takes over the new building and the large renovations of schools for the state of Berlin. This project concerns the renovation and expansionThe existing school on the Jungfernheide in the Spandau district of Berlin.
In this role, the Howoge intends the implementation of a new building with a double sports hall (6 indoor parts) and uncovered school open space and sports facilities for the existing school on the Jungfernheide(Saj). The school property for the aforementioned construction program is spatially separated from the existing school plot on a newly accessible former sports field (land) in the Berlin-Spandau district, Siemensstadt district, Rohrdamm 31, Schuckertdamm 345.
For project renovationProject control services are required. These are the subject of this award procedure. The services for this award procedure relate exclusively to the new construction measures on the property north with a new building, double sports hall and open spaces with outdoor sports facilities. Measures on theExisting school plot south, (renovation measure) are not the subject of this procurement procedure.
