- The city of Augsburg, the project control services (Power Picture ZVB-PS) for component 1-general repair of the Great House (BT 1) in the course of the general renovation of the State Theater Augsburg.
As level 1, partial services of performance level 1 (project preparation) are and the performance level 3 (execution preparation) commissioned.
There is no entitlement to the transfer of further stages beyond level 1.
The object planning Building (performance view § 34 HOAI) for the general renovation of the State Theater Augsburg, according to a VOF process in 2015, in two separate architectural contracts for the general repair of the large house as component 1 (BT 1) as well as for the new building of the company building and small house Component 2 (BT 2) were awarded to the Atelier Achatz Architects and Imp Ingenieure GmbH (ARGE AAA-IMP) working group. The city of Augsburg has decided to separate from the ARGE AAA-impact in both components 1 and 2. For both components 1 and 2, the architecture firm Henn is now the further planning services were commissioned.
The subject of the present tender are the project control services for component 1 - New general repair of the large house Staatstheater Augsburg. The allocation is made as a fixed price (Section 58 (2) UABS. 2 VGV).
