• Project control services for general contractors GESOBAU AG is planning to build around 120 apartments in residential building group 947 two punk high-rises on the property at Wilhelmsruher Damm 142D. The services of the Project management for the project can be assigned. It is planned to hire a general contractor (GÜ) to implement the project. It is planned to hire a general contractor (GÜ) to implement the project. The project management services for the aforementioned project are to be awarded via this award procedure. Part of the Project management service is the preparation of a GÜ tender (VOB) in the EU-wide negotiation process with participation competition, as well as the support and evaluation of the award process.
