Description:
The client intends to establish the curiosity house. This should house the adult education center and the city library in the future. The two institutions want to combine their offer and realize it in an innovative, distinctive form. The curiosity house is supposed to be in the former Department house "House Horten" will be built in Komphausbadstrasse 10 in Aachen. The subject of the procedure is the allocation of project control services based on §§ 2, 3 AHO Issue No. 9, as of March 2020 for the House of Curiosity in Aachen. The services according to the AHO concern the project levels 1-5 in the following areas of action, whereby project level 1 is not component of this order: - Organization, information, coordination and documentation; - qualities and quantities; - costs and financing; - Dates, capacities and logistics; - Contracts and insurance companies. In addition to the Previous services are discussed and specified as part of the procedure. It is intended to be graded and, if necessary, in sections. There is no entitlement to continuing. The client is at any time proper right of termination. The client provides interested applicants on request further information on the project in the form of a supplementary presentation.
