Description:
The subject of this tender are project control services for the following project, see in particular also section 5.1)
The Rudolf Pichlmayr Foundation will expand the Ederhof rehabilitation center in order to provide the medical and therapeutic care of children and adolescents to improve after an organ transplant and dissolve an existing supply deficit. The new building should be designed under five design principles: 1. Consistent patient and family orientation, 2nd comprehensive care under one roof, 3rd recovery and family-friendly Surroundings, 4. Lively communication culture, 5th supply -related research and teaching.
The expansion should bring a new user area of approx. 3,017 m2
Project control services for the intended extension of the Ederhof rehabilitation center
A negotiating procedure for the project was with Previous planning competition was carried out as not open, anonymous, urban planning and building construction competition according to RPW 2013. After the architectural competition was completed, the performance of the object planning was graded according to HOAI. The currently called Services include LPH 1 to 4 to HOAI.
