Description:
In cooperation with the PD- Advisor of the Public Hand GmbH (PD), the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BIMA) with the realization of the construction work "New construction of the visitor and information center of the German Bundestag (BIZ) and the underground cold center in front of the Reichstag building(UKZ). BIZ and UKZ are implemented together in the course of a planning and structurally related construction work. The subject of this award procedure is the award of the services in the area of project control according to the requirements of the project description and the performance profile(Appendix 1 and 2 on the contractual terms). The scope of services of the project control affects the following areas of action: - Organization, information, coordination and documentation - quantities and qualities - costs and financing - dates, capacities and logistics, as well as - contractsand insurance companies for the following departments: - KG 200: Preparatory measures BIZ - KG 300: Building - Construction constructions - KG 400: Building - Technical Systems - KG 500: Exterior facilities - KG 600: Equipment and works of art - KG 700: Baun ancillary costs - Preparatory measures:The interface coordination for • Project tax for preparatory measures Gesa (subsidiary of the BIMA for building clearance, i.e. dismantling Berlin-Pavillon, archeology, ordnance) • O and line coordinator N.N. (Leavage relocations for building clearance) The services areIn accordance with AHO issue No. 9- Project management in the construction and real estate industry from performance level 3.
