Project control services at up to six properties of the Berlin Forsten in Berlin and Brandenburg.
For the two properties in the state of Berlin
1) Refurbishment of the Grunewaldurm Restaurant, and
2) Teaching cabinet on Lake Teufel in Koepenick
So far there are needs programs. The two propertiesGrunewaldturm and Teufelssee teaching cabinet have structural deficits in different forms, which lead to considerable restrictions in the daily operation of the different work areas such as among other things. Condestry, training for children, adolescents and adults and catering business. In theThe deficits should be remedied as part of restructuring, modernization and new buildings.
The other up to four properties are located at different locations in the state of Berlin and in the adjacent state of Brandenburg (approx. 50 km from the city limit).
