• Contract management in the combined policy for the named construction project Contractual participation in the project insurance for the named construction project. DB InfraGO AG is planning the general renovation of the Lehrte-Berlin route. The investment amount for this project will be estimated at around EUR 1.3 billion. Approximately EUR 40 million of this has already been settled under an existing contract. The new insurance contract advertised here will replace the existing contract. It will have a currently planned construction period of up to calculated as of March 31, 2028. The insurance contract begins after the tendering process has ended on the date of the award following a currently existing advance cover. (Type L) In liability insurance, the coverage amount is per Claim EUR 25,000,000 flat rate for personal injury, property damage and financial loss, including benefits from environmental liability insurance. The planning liability insurance provides a separate coverage amount of EUR 10,000,000 per claim available as a flat rate for property and financial losses. The aforementioned sums are maximized three times. The extended maintenance in the construction and assembly insurance part is 42 months. The subsequent liability in liability insurance is 10 years, in environmental liability and environmental damage insurance 5 years. The general deductible is at least EUR 25,000.
