• Aim of the project management (Lot 1) for the Interreg project For the Interreg project "Fish species protection and cormorant management on Lake Constance" as part of the Interreg Alpenrhein-Lake Constance-Hochrhein (description of the work packages AP see Annex 1) an external service provider (ext. DL) will be responsible for the Project management (AP 5a "Project Management") wanted. For this purpose, a framework agreement should be concluded with an order volume of approximately 40,000 euros (gross) per year and a maximum total of 120,000 or 160,000 euros (gross). Project management appoints a project coordinator as the person responsible for the implementation of project management is named. The estimated total budget of the Interreg project, which is to be managed by the project coordinator, is approximately 900,000 euros (gross). The project coordinator acts as a "controller". He coordinates the four different work packages of the Interreg project "Fish species protection and cormorant management on Lake Constance" (for details see the description in appendix 1) with its schedules and milestones, some of which build on one another and intertwine. He is the contact person, coordinates, among other things, work progress and results and ensures communication between all those involved throughout the entire project period. To do this, he conducts individual and, if necessary, group discussions in person, by telephone or online. If there are any impending changes or postponements in the project process, he will inform the project management and the Interreg office at an early stage. He supports the reporting and controls the billing of the respective funding period.
