Background: The client intends to use passive network infrastructures in accordance with Section 3 No. 45 TKG to build a comprehensive and high-performance network Gigabit broadband network (so-called “passive network”). The planning, construction and assembly services required for this to a certain extent are the subject of a Europe-wide tender process that is currently still being carried out (Advertised across Europe: Identification/version of the announcement: 0194d1f8-e0bc-4739-b630-ba1750730af59.
