- Project management DPMA ZBS renovation The subject of the award is project management services and BIM management services for the general renovation of the German Patent and Trademark Office on Zweibrückenstrasse in Munich. The measure is under the Measure number B13H E881930002 with the abbreviation DPMA, ZBS Gen.San. led. The aim of the general renovation is to bring the building completely up to date. The property consists of two main buildings, high-rise and atrium building are connected to each other via a connecting structure. The Forum, the former exhibition hall, is attached to the high-rise building. The buildings were built by Franz Hart and Helmuth Winkler at the end of the 1950s and are listed on the monument list. The The gross floor area of the building to be renovated is 71,050 m². The project cost target according to RBBau is set at €490 million gross for KG 200-700. The relevant planning management for the building is assigned to a general planner (Architecture, structural planning, technical building equipment, building physics, fire protection).
