Description:
As part of the Interreg Europe program, the Saarland Ministry for the Environment, Climate, Mobility, Agriculture and Consumer Protection will receive funding for the ICONIC - Intermodal Connection for an Inclusive and Climate -Friendly Mobility. The ICONIC project is aimed at sustainable mobility plans(including Sumps) and their implementation by anchoring the concept of intermodality, whereby special attention is paid to the aspect of accessibility. So that intermodal options are really sustainable, seamless mobility must be guaranteed for everyone.In order to achieve this, Iconic aims to contribute digital innovations into traffic planning that help to increase the connectivity of intermodal services, efficiency and user -friendliness.
