Project management for the ISAP specialist process Project management ISAP In a negotiation procedure with a participation competition, the public contracting authority publicly requests an unlimited number of companies to submit submissions as part of a participation competition Applications for participation. Any interested company can submit an application to participate. With the application to participate, companies submit the information required by the public contracting authority to check their suitability. Only those Companies that are requested to do so by the contracting authority after checking the information submitted may submit an initial offer. The following must be submitted with the application to participate: • “Application to participate” form • Form "Application of the Russia sanctions in the area of public procurement and concessions" • Self-declarations, evidence and information on suitability in accordance with the requirements of No. 5 and No. 6 of the application conditions • Form “Declaration of non-existence of reasons for exclusion" • Declaration of commitment to adherence to collective bargaining agreements and minimum wages • List of references (if applicable in the application for participation) The client checks the suitability of the applicants based on the “suitability criteria” presented above.
