Description:
The Mettmann district is planning to build a new support center in Velbert to replace a support school that already exists at the same location. The subject of the award is project management services within the meaning of AHO Issue 9, as of March 2020, as an overall contract Performance profile of Section 2 Project Management. In addition, the necessary award procedures for the planning services should be organized and carried out. The construction project includes: - Interim accommodation - Demolition of the existing special school house 2 - Demolition of the existing modular building - new construction of a special school - renovation of house 1 Note: Differentiating suitability evaluation: The selection of suitable applicants is carried out according to the matrix "rating of participation competition". There should be at least 3 applicants Negotiated procedures are permitted. The maximum number of participants is limited to 5 participants. Selection of applicants A ranking list of applicants is created based on the differentiating suitability assessment (§ 51 VgV). The best placed afterwards Applicants (maximum 5) will then be invited to submit an offer.
