Project management services for the new Johannisallee building project in Leipzig
Leipziger Wohnungs- und Baugesellschaft mbH intends to provide project management services in accordance with the standards of the AHO "Project Control/Project Management" of Level 4: Execution (property monitoring and documentation) and Level 5: Project completion (property management) as part of the Johannisallee new building project.
There are plans to build a building complex with nine buildings in Leipzig to build connected residential buildings (houses 1-9). As part of the new construction project, the outdoor areas of the two high-rise buildings at Strasse des 18. Oktober 19 and Philipp-Rosenthal-Strasse 32 will be redesigned.
The building plot is bordered by Strasse des 18. Oktober in the south, Johannisallee in the west, Philipp-Rosenthal-Strasse in the north and bordered by the two high-rise buildings in the east. The surroundings of the planning area are characterized by Wilhelminian-style perimeter block construction on the northern Johannisallee and the open construction style of post-war modern urban development, which leads to a
Mixing of urban planning standards. A direct connection to public transport, the Johannisallee tram and bus stop, is located directly on the building site on Philipp-Rosenthal-Strasse. Furthermore, the connection to the S-Bahn stop "Bayrischer Bahnhof" is just a few minutes' walk away.
