• The University of Duisburg-Essen intends to procure project management services for the new research building project “UDE FutureWaterCampus”. The FutureWaterCampus is a highly specialized new research building for the development of innovative water technologies in different areas. The building serves both internal research and external scientific collaboration. The subject of the project management services owed by the contractor are the basic services of project stage 1 according to Staged performance profile of the AHO series of publications No. 9 (6th edition, as of May 2025, Appendix B). The aim of project management is to support the client in project stage 1 - project preparation comprehensively in the development, structuring and to support the strategic orientation of the “UDE FutureWaterCampus” construction project and to create the conditions for a technically, economically and time-sustainable project decision.
