Description:
The subject of the order is the support of the Thuringian State Office for the Environment, Mining and Nature Conservation (TLUBN) as a project manager in the approval procedure in accordance with Section 2b 9.BImSchV for the project of the special purpose association for the municipal sewage sludge exploitation of Thuringia (KKT) at the Ronneburg location. The support of the approval authority (TLUBN) is carried out in the procedural step of the "public participation" with regard to the processing of objections and the planning, preparation and organization of the discussion date.
