• Project to build new Petrus Canisius primary school in Weeze Ventilation and refrigeration technology as well as building automation The client (hereinafter: AG) is writing the ventilation and refrigeration technology as well as building automation for the new building of the Petrus Canisius elementary school in Weeze across Europe. A detailed project description and the corresponding performance target can be found in the service description with the corresponding attachments (part of attachment bundle 03). Submitting the offer to get a precise picture of the local conditions and the work to be carried out as part of a site visit in order to avoid misjudgments when setting the price. Should the successful bidder later refer to circumstances which would have been apparent during a site visit, he is precluded with this argument.
