Description: The Saarland Sister Association e. V. plans to build a new day care center in the community of Heusweiler. For this, the architectural services (property planning) are awarded in accordance with § 34 HOAI.
The construction window is defined by the specifications of a development plan (see Appendix 1 - development plan). The building is to be built directly onto a care facility, which will be realized from the end of 2021 (see Appendix 2 - site plan).
A two-storey building is planned that will contain rooms for 4 kindergarten and 2 crèche groups as well as the corresponding outdoor facilities. In total, a space requirement of approx. 1,200 m² GFA is required. The room sizes and requirements result from the current room program of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Saarland.
