Description:
Vattenfallwaerme Berlin Aktiengesellschaft intends to gradually replace the coal-fired systems at the Reuter West location, Grosser Spreering 5, 13599 Berlin, with various climate-friendly systems. The aim of the project is to modernize and decarbonise the standto pave the way to a climate-neutral electricity and heat supply in the capital both locally and beyond 2030.
According to the current planning status, Vattenfallwaerme Berlin Aktiengesellschaft
intends to achieve this goal through various sub-projects and overarching measures.
The announcement here concerns the sub-project "RHB, Reuter Hydraulic Backbone equipment of the heating center 2 and connection to the district heating network (Lot 3)
System technology for phase 2 HZ 2 (pumps, pipelines, EMSR-L technology, etc.) for the heat supply of the existing and new systems.
The projectekt RHB consists of 3 lots:
• Lot 1 - Construction technology (already on the market via the EU contract announcement - 2022/S
048-125530)
• Lot 2 - New district heating pipe connection between new district heating -
generation plant and existing heating center (already on Market via the EU contract notice 2022002754)
• Lot 3 Equipment for a new central pumping station to supply heat to the existing and new systems. Plant technology for phase 2 HZ 2 (pumps, pipelines, EMSR-L technology etc.)
