Description:
As part of the transformation of the heat generation mix and to ensure the heat supply in the Berlin district heating network, Berliner Energie and Warme GmbH (Bewel) plans to build an electrical hot water generator system (E-HWE) at the HKW Mitte location. The system serves to provide up toat 120 MW thermal performance for feeding into the existing district heating system. The establishment of these hot water production systems was summarized in a project at the procurement authority (referred to here as the overall project), which essentially consists of 4 (four) loose: Lot 2: Hoch- &Civil engineering performance for the construction of an HWE building, switchgear building and transformer building at the HKW Mitte (Baulos SGM) location 1: Planning, delivery, assembly and commissioning of 3 (three) E-HWE a 40 MWTH and replacement of 3 (three) district heating pumps, including the associated complete attachment constructionLocation HKW Mitte (EPC Light SGM) -not part of this announcement los 3: two (2) 125 mva 110 kv / 22 kv transformers for the hkw mitte (ptsgm) -not part of this announcement los 4: two (2) 110 kv gis systems with a single collecting rail, consisting of a feed-in fieldand two departure fields, including protective and control technology, for the hkw mitte (gissgm) -not part of this announcement of this procurement project is the lot 2. this includes, among other things: the construction work for the construction of an e-hwe building, switching plant building andtransformer building. furthermore, the foundations for reed bridges are to be created or construction work for underground channels should be carried out. the technical building equipment (tga) for all buildings is also to be offered.
