• The Bonn-Rhein-Sieg (H-RBS) University of Applied Sciences intends to build a new building for teaching and research in the immediate vicinity of existing buildings of the university. The planning, allocation, construction monitoring as well as the property support and documentation should be carried out by the project tax.A turnkey, ready -to -use and energetically high -quality, efficient, innovative and sustainable implementation is sought. In particular, the client strives for certification in the valuation system sustainable construction for federal buildings (BNB); The primary goal is the silver certificate. ItTherefore, a construction is expected, which in particular takes into account the requirements of the three dimensions of "ecological quality", "economic quality" and "socio -cultural and functional quality" as well as the "technical quality" and "process quality" cross -sectional criteriais.
